Wild Edibles aren’t just for survivalists anymore
Lisa Caccamise and Paul Tappenden have joined forces to bring wild foods into your home. Paul has spent many years as a forager and a wild foods specialist, developing ways to prepare wild edible plants in order to bring out their best qualities. Lisa is a creative chef and the proprietor of Simple Earth Cuisine, Personal Chef Service, LLC. They combine their talents and experience to create gourmet dishes, using wild edible plants. They will share their recipes and secrets through hands on workshops, where they harvest and prepare wild foods in combination with culinary condiments and natural flavorings gathered from the wild.
