  1. re: video. the picture of the plant has a different leaf shape than the one you baked. i have both. which is the garlic mustard? and what temperature did you bake?

    • Both the round heart shaped leaf and the more pointed leaf are garlic mustard. The plant starts out in a bushy rosette with the rounder leaves. As the season progresses, the plant grows taller and the leaves become longer and more pointy. If you nibble them, they will taste the same.

      Bake about 350 for a few minutes.
